The Tenant Improvements team is led by Bobby Andress who has over 35 years of commercial construction experience and over 28 years of experience in the Houston Tenant Improvement sector. His team has long had a mainstay as the leader in Houston for high-quality and reliable schedules for new interior construction and remodel projects.
GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
The Ground Up Construction team is led by Kyle Low who has successfully developed and built millions of square feet of new speculative and build-to-suit projects in the industrial, office, retail, and special project sectors of the industry.

With a committed leadership of highly reputable members with an average of over 25 years of experience in the development, new ground-up, as well as industrial and office tenant improvement projects, K. Low Construction LLC is capable of providing a positive and professional experience in all realms of the mainstream commercial construction industry.
From replacing door hardware or building the entire building, K. Low Construction LLC was built to be the client’s first call general contractor. Utilizing our experience with small and large private and institutional developers, we can provide conventional general contracting, MEP design-build, as well as full design-build capabilities to provide value to the partner.
